Bike Safari from Kilimanjaro to Tanga<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Few tourists go this way and certainly not on bikes! This bike ride will take you through sisal, fruit and banana plantations as you head out into the bush towards Lake Jipe which borders Kenya. Skirting both Tsavo West National Park and Mkomazi National Park the cycle takes you through some of the most breathtaking scenery as you circumnavigate the North and South Pare Mountains as well as the spectacular Usumbara Mountains in the West.<\/p>

Daily distances are varied with the occasional long day and you have full maintenance support (including spare bikes). We camp in local villages and where possible, primary school playing fields. We offer this phantastic bike safari for single clients and for big group with 80 100 people.

      Moshi \u2013 Lake Jipe | approx. 80km We mount our bikes with the snowcapped Kilimanjaro towering above us and head southeast on clear, rural roads. proceed through small farm towns and municipalities, getting a fantastic first taste of the Tanzanian lifestyle. Lake Jipe attracts herds of zebras and a diversity of birds and is home to local crocodiles and hippos! We enjoy our dinner and camp in comfortable tents by the lake.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Rugged dirt tracks lead us through charming local municipalities and up through the mountains. We finish the day with a transfer to our overnight stay at Irente Viewpoint. Rarely visited by tourists, passing through these communities gives us a
